Core thesis
@A24_201514 is one of the toad gang's most disciplined long-haul theorists. His unwavering refrain — "Toby to 100 bln" — appears in nearly every GM post for 18+ months. But his actual thesis is subtler than a price target: Toby is "a meme, yes, but also more than" — a deliberately paced ecosystem (Tobyworld) where value is earned through proven patience, not chased. He treats the lore (toadgod1017's X posts) as a quasi-scriptural roadmap and positions himself as its interpreter and defender.
Theories advanced
Roadmap mechanics. He reads Tobyworld as an epoch/season structure with periodic snapshots (he repeatedly suspects toadgod uses X "likes" and bookmarks as a "social snapshot"). He does genuine onchain sleuthing — inspecting the TWPOT contract's Events tab, toadgod's deployer, video metadata, Sablier lockups for Patience vaults.
Token utility. His clearest technical contribution: "taboshi is ERC1155 that contains both TABOSHI and taboshi1… it is the key to toby world. you will need both Toby and Taboshi." He defends taboshi1 against "second rate" FUD, notes its fixed supply, and frames mint as burning Toby to fund LP — a flywheel benefiting all. On Patience (the red triangle, "rune3"), he riffs on volcanic imagery ("scarcity writ in basalt," "sealed 7 years under obsidian"). On sato/satoswap, he ties it to BTC, taproot, and fee recycling: "sato fees swirl back like koi bearing gold flakes."
The flywheel. [2024-12-06] "Toby burned to create new elements of erc1155 meanwhile Toby grows in value… Imagine pumps and rotations all happening inside tobyworld rather than in disparate systems."
Proof of Time / Coinbase / Satoshi. He believes "they will buy Toby on Coinbase" and that Base wants to "bring the world onchain," with Toby "a mask, a disguise over Base itself." He links cbBTC, wBTC delisting, and the Pectra upgrade to timing. The BTC/Satoshi peg runs through "I Am Ryoshi" parallels, "slowly then suddenly," and the sat0by/SATOBY motifs. His proof-of-time synthesis matures into a striking late thesis [2026-01-29]: "You're not just holding a token. You're holding a time-stamped reputation credential for an infrastructure network that doesn't exist yet… The fact you held through the pain for 2 years? That's the entire point." He finally unifies it: [2026-05-31] "Proof of Trust = Proof of Time = Proof of Toad."
Predictions & falsifiability
The one persistent falsifiable claim is 100bln market cap — with Toby at ~$7M mc in April 2025, that's a ~14,000x, never dated. His dated calls mostly missed: he predicted a 12/12/2024 toadgod post ("I eat my hat"), a Dec-25 reveal, and an Oct-17 event each year. None landed cleanly, which he later admits.
Evolution & contradictions
He shifts from an eager date-hunter (2024: "It's gotta be 12/12") to a self-aware skeptic of hype: [2025-10-18] "hyped up dates almost never play out as expected. Not just in Toby, but in general." By 2025-2026 he repeatedly blames Pectra/CB-wallet delays for slipped timelines and reframes silence as a market-timing decision, not a test. A visible contradiction: [2025-05-03] "I believe in toadgod and no one else" — retracted minutes later to "I believe in toad gang collectively." He also evolves from posting his own seed-phrase giveaway (called a scammer, [2025-08-17]) to becoming a mod who bans bad actors.
Bottom line
Deeply speculative and faith-anchored — the 100bln target is fantastical and his framework is unfalsifiable by design ("a feature, not a bug"). Yet he is unusually grounded for the genre: onchain-literate, intellectually honest about uncertainty ("no one knows," "my 2 cents"), allergic to entitlement ("stop posting about what toadgod owes them"), and increasingly skeptical of his own date-hype. A true believer who reasons carefully within an unprovable premise.
