Core thesis. @BicillinLA holds one belief above all others: $toby is not a meme but the "currency for a new base" — a "high IQ, high utility crypto ecosystem wrapped in a cute blue toad." From his first weeks he argued the project's slow burn was by design: value would spread "via lore and community involvement only, then shoot to the moon as lore comes to life.
