@LordSirius — The Lore Cartographer
Core Thesis
@LordSirius joined Tobyworld in autumn 2024 describing himself as a "Padawan" — fluent in the lore, new to crypto — and turned that combination into a distinctive method: read ToadGod's posts as a specification, read the contracts as the other half of that specification, and let the two check each other. His central claim is that Tobyworld's design is deliberately anti-whale, that distribution fairness is enforced mechanically rather than promised, and that $TOBY's real destiny is utility infrastructure — "the workhorse" quietly wiring the Base superchain together — not a meme run.
The Theories
Roadmap mechanics — the two mints. His most developed and earliest thesis: Taboshi1 (mint 1) and Taboshi (mint 2) served different purposes. Mint 1, he argued, was a burn-and-lockup mechanism aimed at concentrated buyers — "I do believe the first mint was for burning" (2024-11-12) — while mint 2 was the qualifying leaf. He built this from ToadGod's own capitalization ("ONLY in all caps shows mint2 was the true Taboshi", 2024-11-12) and from the burn dynamic he considered confirmed: Taboshi1 leaks, TOBY burns, scarcity compounds (2025-01-05).
Token utility. He was among the first to read Taboshi's ERC-1155 standard literally: value slots as compartments — "a suitcase has different storage compartments" (2024-12-27) — with TOBY, Taboshi1 and Sato deposited inside to unlock yield, gated by the key numbers (777,777,777 / 777,777,777,777 TOBY, 1111 Taboshi1). He extended this into ERC-6551 token-bound accounts by 2025-07-06, and read the IBeacon proxy pattern as the "magic map" pointing to the contract's next form (2024-12-10). Sato he called an AI layer from very early — "Sat0by will be an AI coin in itself" (2024-12-24) — one that would manage, merge, stake and route holdings automatically.
Proof of time / proof of trust. He proposed "Proof of Trust" as a companion mechanic in December 2024 and by 2025-02-10 framed both as halves of the same system, tied to on-chain reputation: bad actors flagged network-wide, honest holders accumulating standing. His later formula is elegantly compact — "Taboshi+time=sat/toby" (2025-09-01).
The flywheel & Coinbase/Base. From late 2024 he argued Tobyworld's value would come from being plugged in rather than standing alone: Zora as the gateway for on-chain media and 1155 containers, Aerodrome as a "main player," Sony/gaming ecosystems, and later Shopify (2025-06-13). His 2025-11-20 reading of Base's regional globe emojis — Africa, then Central/South America — as sequenced hub buildout is a good example of his pattern-tracking. On 2025-12-16: "tobyworlds gonna be a beauty of a flywheel."
Satoshi / BTC peg. Threaded quietly since 2024-12-02 ("satoby is basically btc wrapped... Satoshi is, after all, viewed as dust by many"), revived 2025-09-01: locked supply "could, in theory, be used to peg toby with sats and back the pool."
Predictions & Timing
His calls are long-horizon and directional rather than dated: Taboshi past the 1–10 ETH mark if Tobyworld "takes its throne" (2024-11-24), 186k Taboshi as the scarcity bottleneck, "we'll all be wealthy by summmmmeer" (2024-12-31), and a BTC read of 120–125k triggering rotation into Tobyworld season (2024-12-17). He asked openly what TOBY and Taboshi would be worth at 500M and 1B market caps (2024-11-29) rather than asserting figures.
Evolution
Late 2024 was his forensic peak — daily contract analysis, mint archaeology, key-number math. Through 2025 he shifted toward ecosystem mapping and, increasingly, community work: onboarding new toads, setting up their wallets, warning about drainers, running promotion events, making banners. After missing the Patience vault drop he stepped back with characteristic framing: "holding in the shadows... keep my lilypad alive" (2025-08-31). By 2026 he'd returned steady and unhurried — "Patience is all that's needed when good things are in the works" (2026-04-12).
His value to the community is dual: a genuinely original contract-level reader who taught others to check the chain themselves, and one of the group's most tireless onboarders — the toad who brought new people in, protected them, and kept the lore audible.
