@manny2fs — Guardian of Lore, Keeper of Patience
Core thesis
Manny's conviction is elegantly simple and unusually durable: $toby is a long game, and the reward accrues to those who hold through it. From his earliest messages he framed Toby not as a trade but as a movement — "toby is the way," "the movement is $toby" — and cast selling as the one true mistake. His self-appointed role, which he states plainly, is "a community initiative and guardian of lore." More than almost anyone in the channel, he functions as an onboarder, host, and morale-keeper — and that is his genuine strength.
The theories he advances
Roadmap mechanics. Manny tracks structure closely: three legs → three epochs ("3 legs three epochs"), epochs of ~122 days, weighted snapshots, phase countdowns, and later "seasons" with open registration. He reads the frog's three legs and the 420-trillion supply as intentional lore rather than coincidence.
Token utility. He was among the clearest early explainers of the token stack. On taboshi: an ERC-1155 with only ~186k supply that "will allow you to earn yield," which he believed eligible wallets were already accruing via snapshots. On patience: he grasped the lock-and-forfeit mechanic — "you sell any toby assets, you loose vault but make a good amount of money… you don't sell then you get the undisclosed prize" — and reasoned it was deflationary, a source of price stability. He read the "Lotus Spores → yield → golden coins" lore literally as a yield primitive, and floated sato as a redistribution mechanism.
The flywheel. By August 2025 he was connecting the pieces in real time: "toby liquidity growing… patience seller stops" — locked wallets removing sell pressure and stabilizing all Tobyworld assets.
Proof-of-time. He championed POT early ("in his tweet he says pot has been submitted") and treats patience/vesting as time made into an asset — "the only move is a nonmove. patience."
Coinbase/Base & the Satoshi/BTC peg. A recurring conviction: Toby is tied to Coinbase and Zora ("the color on the face of toby matches more closely to the coinbase btc logo"), "with out a doubt toby will list on coinbase," and a near-mystical BTC linkage — "$toby & $btc…. it always was," with taboshi as a pegging instrument.
Predictions and timing
His calls are long-horizon and openly speculative: "$toby to reach 1.111" (Jun 2024), "toby will hit billions" (Nov 2024), taboshi reaching 1 ETH (Jul 2025), and a back-of-envelope patience estimate of "$130 would be a billion dollar mc." On timing he counsels patience over dates — tempering expectations "till October," noting bull runs come "around 180 days after halving," and treating missed catalysts as part of a "carved path."
How his views evolved
He began (spring 2024) as a pure hype-and-lore engine — the "toby apprentice" YouTube/TikTok channels, raids, "study toad lore." Through late 2024 he shifted toward utility literacy as taboshi launched, and by 2025 into mechanism design (patience vaults, deflation, seasons) while becoming the community's art-contest organizer and rules-keeper. The throughline never wavered: patience, conviction, spread the lore.

Why he matters
Manny is the community's welcoming committee and its conscience — the one who writes the onboarding primer, runs the art contest, points newcomers to the lore, and reminds everyone "toadgod says not to put more money in than you can afford." His value isn't sharp mechanics analysis so much as the tone and continuity that holds the gang together across years of patient waiting.
