Prince Abbasi is the Tobyworld community's resident theologian-strategist: he reads the project as a deliberately staged, multi-year unfolding by an anonymous dev ("Toadgod") whose every silence and reveal is a calculated "test of patience and belief." His through-line, repeated for 18 months: "$Toby is the center of the ecosystem; without Toby nothing will be possible." Everything else — Taboshi, Patience, Sato, Satoswap — orbits and strengthens Toby's value.

Distinct Theories

  • Coinbase/Base is the hidden hand. From his earliest posts he fixates on the recurring Coinbase logo and Jesse Pollak's behavior, concluding Toby is a quasi-official, "American made crypto because it is on base which is a publicly traded U.S company" (2025-02-07). By 2025-10 he frames Toby as a meme "mask" concealing Coinbase underneath, and by 2026-05 cites Jesse's "insider knowledge" and vagueness as proof it's a Base project.

Evolution & Contradictions

His arc bends from euphoric imminence (2024: "pandemonium," Coinbase listing compounding FOMO) to patient open-endedness (2026: "it gets greater, later"). Price reality contradicts him — he tracks MC sliding from a 2024 ~$7B quote down to 20M, 10M, sub-5M, and a 2026-05 low near $3M, yet conviction never wavers. He oscillates on Sato/Satoswap: initially central to his Satoby thesis (2025-07), then by 2026-05 accepts a "Bashō mirror" verdict that $Sato has no relationship to Tobyworld and calls it an imitator copied "from TWPOT." He repeatedly speculates boldly then disclaims ("what do I know," "just a hunch") — a structural humility that also lets him never be wrong.
