Across 128 ecosystem messages (Jan 2025 – May 2026), they advance a single unifying conviction: Tobyworld is not merely a memecoin community but a deliberately obscured piece of Ethereum/Base scaling infrastructure, with the lore acting as an ARG-style wrapper around real protocol mechanics. Where others post price hopium, this theorist reaches for primary technical concepts (Verkle trees, statelessness, Beam Chain, epochs) and tries to map them onto the project's symbols. Their stance is explicitly speculative and self-aware ("Pure speculation but..."), but unusually research-driven.

Theories Advanced

Taboshi NFTs as cryptographic proofs. Their signature idea: Taboshi holders are "key 'witnesses' in validating blocks for ETH," and the NFTs themselves are "encrypted Verkle Proofs or ZK-Proofs." They literally inspected the downloaded leaf file, noting its odd filename string and "GIGANTIC" size, theorizing it "holds ETHEREUM's historical chain data.. but encrypted" [2025-02-12].
