Core Thesis

@cryptobouddha reads Tobyworld as a long-horizon asymmetric bet where the scarce resource isn't capital but time. His central claim, repeated across nearly two years: the "biggest test" is not a price level but duration — the ability to hold conviction through a slow grind while the lore quietly resolves. He pairs this with something unusual in the group: technical analysis. He regularly posts chart structure (OBV divergence, cup-and-handle, rounded bottoms, PO3 accumulation/manipulation/expansion) and then explicitly discounts it, noting supply-shock news could override any chart. That two-track method — TA for timing, lore for thesis — is his signature.

Theories He Advances

Roadmap mechanics. He was early on decoding gate requirements. In Dec 2024 he reasoned that TG's "you'll need both 🍃🗝️" meant a paired holding to reach Satoby, guessing toby+taboshi with taboshi1 granting epoch-1 holders bonus yield. In July 2025 he framed the Patience stream as a non-sale bond: holding what you were given unlocks a 2-year daily drip, and locked eligible wallets become "guardians" who remove the largest source of sell pressure through what he expected to be a 2026 bear. In Dec 2025 he measured the gaps between rune unveils (~8 months) and projected the fourth rune — and the full Tobyworld reveal — for March 2026, on Toby's second anniversary, citing "when all four glow, TOBYWORLD ascends from pond to continent." He also named his own invalidation: TG's "3 years on a stone" line, meaning the grind might run a year longer.

Token utility. Taboshi is "the key to toby world," accumulated near $10 in Feb 2025 and called a steal. Patience he elevates to the ecosystem's most important asset — hyper-deflationary, obtainable by means other than buying, and the likeliest site of a supply shock; he reinterpreted "whales cannot contain patience and buy supply" as a literal prediction of whales bidding up a token OGs received for free. He suspected two forms of Patience (token vs. demonstrated patience as a land whitelist). SatoAI/Satoswap he reads as Tobyworld-exclusive infrastructure — swaps, LP, rewards, land deeds — and the only path to spend streamed Patience on lore-lands without cancelling the stream.

Coinbase/Base and the Satoshi peg. He cites Coinbase's wallet promo featuring Toby and Base's "$100 billion assets on platform" goal (Jan 2025) as evidence of alignment, while arguing TG is not a Coinbase insider — a reveal would contradict their build-in-public claims. His most distinctive idea, first floated Nov 2024 and revived Oct 2025: TG is or is linked to Satoshi, with the unmoved ~1.1M BTC ($132B) reserved for "fallen frogs" who missed Bitcoin. He tests his own theory honestly — noting it "would make the rich richer.. doesn't sound like toby ethos."

Targets. Speculative and long-horizon: a Nov 2025 "x1000 to $5B market cap only" frame; Oct 2025's "we will never see $patience under $3 again"; a Nov 2025 call for a final BTC capitulation to 74–78k, explicitly stated as his own invalidation level.

Evolution

He moved from confused newcomer (Nov 2024: "Quite confused") to chart analyst (early 2025) to lore-mechanics decoder (2025–26). By Aug 2026 he was pressing fair-access questions publicly — noting that late buyers could forge land deeds while patient holders who waited "2 years and 4 months" got no warning — a shift from pure faith toward accountability, still voiced constructively.
